1. General
“Nibble Food operated by ODD E COMMERCE L.L.C-FZ” maintains the Mobile Application / Website “ordernibble.com” (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site or our mobile app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law of the UAE. Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this Site shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.
We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries. We also do not accept transactions from, or shipments to, sanctioned jurisdictions (including but not limited to: Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Syria, Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen), and we do not allow those countries to appear as options at checkout.
2. Eligibility & Account
Customers using the Site who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as Users and shall not transact on or use the Site.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Cardholders must retain a copy of transaction records and Site policies and rules.
3. Pricing & Description
All prices are shown in AED. Product/service descriptions, images, and availability are subject to change without notice, and errors may be corrected without liability. Any applicable taxes and fees will be shown at checkout before you confirm payment.
Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment. The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.
4. Payment Confirmation
Once the payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receipt.
5. Refunds
Refund requests must be initiated within 14 days of the payment date. Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and may take 10 to 45 days to reflect in the original payment account, depending on the issuing bank. Refunds are subject to review and approval. For assistance, contact support@ordernibble.com.
6. Cancellations
Customers can request to cancel their order/requested services within 24 hours of placing the order; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If order preparation/fulfillment has already started, cancellation may not be possible.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to misuse the Site, bypass security, or use automated means to access content. We may suspend or terminate accounts for suspected fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties not expressly stated. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to Terms
The Website Policies and Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated occasionally to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to frequently visit these sections. Modifications will be effective on the day they are posted.
